How To Do A Yoni Steam
To do a yoni steam at home you’ll need a few things that you probably already have. A medium pot, around 8 cups of water (preferably filtered), a large blanket or sheet, and something to sit on during the process (chair, yoni seat, etc), and ¼ of a herbal blend of your choice.
Simply pour the water into the pot and place the dried herbs into it. Bring the pot to a soft boil for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. Leave the lid on and wait another 5 minutes to allow the steam to father in the pot. Make sure the water is not too hot by waving your hand close to the pot. If you can’t seem to keep it close to the pot, remove the lid just a bit and wait a few minutes.
After this, remove your underwear and sit on a seat above the steaming water for 10-30 minutes. Drape the blanket tight around your waist and let it fall to the floor to prevent the steam from escaping.
